Coming in as the most expensive place to buy property in Hertfordshire is the WD7 postcode which consists mainly of Radlett and Shenley. The average cost of buying a property here is £1,011,000.

The area has good transport links and to get into London on the train takes 30 minutes. Therefore the location is popular with commuters.
